On behalf of our client, we are looking for a driven, energetic and professional COUNTRY MANAGER IN LATVIA to reach new heights of success with the company!

COUNTRY MANAGER IN LATVIA

Your main responsibilities will be to lead the establishment of the Atlassian business line in Latvia, drive new business development and manage customer relationships, prepare and coordinate service and license proposals with the Estonian delivery team, represent the company in meetings, pitches, and public tenders, build and manage a local team, Support marketing and brand presence in Latvia and be hands-on with licensing, proposals, and pre-sales, especially in the early phase.

You are the star we are looking for, if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology, Business Management, Economics, or a related field);
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or IT leadership roles in the IT industry);
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams;
• Good understanding of IT services, software development, or IT service management;
• Good knowledge of at least three Atlassian products;
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and managing long-term customer relationships;
• Experience preparing commercial proposals and negotiating software licensing and/or professional services agreements;
• Experience working with Latvian public tenders;
• Good knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence and good understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software solutions;
• Latvian level C1/C2, English level C1/C2;
• Well-connected in the Latvian IT and digital services sector
