IT System Administrator (Global Project systems)

You will lend a hand in integrating the Baltic States into the European rail network and building a new economic corridor to bring long-term benefits to the Baltic region and its people. You will work with a cross-border team of more than 200 brightest minds in the industry.

We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join our growing team in a position of IT System Administrator (Global Project Systems).

Job summary

Common Data Environment for Rail Baltica consists of multiple solutions, such as ProjectWise Connect, ArcGIS Enterprise, SharePoint and possible future solutions. The IT System Administrator should manage and maintain all these systems and users, plan maintenance of platforms, understand the different platform interoperability and suggest developments.

We will entrust you to

• Administer systems according to business requirements and following organization security standards;
• Administer system users and configure security policies;
• Administer virtual platform;
• Administer and maintain the database;
• Audit IT security requirement implementation in cooperation with IT security experts;
• Create and update IT Documentation;
• Communicate with project stakeholders and lead trainings for solution used in the project.

To succeed, you should have

• IT related 1st level professional or vocational secondary education;
• At least 1 year proven working experience as System and User Administrator;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions: Office 365, Active Directory;
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration;
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages;
• Basic knowledge of computer networks.
