Plant Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a driven, energetic and professional PLANT MANAGER to reach new heights of success with the company!

PLANT MANAGER

This is a key management position within the manufacturing/production group to ensure that operating standards and policies, as well as cost controls and service criteria are respected and practiced throughout the entire channel of the production process including shipment.

Your main responsibilities will be to be responsible for the overall direction of plant organization, coordination, and evaluation of all functions; finance daily routines, creating budget, controlling costs, and payroll levels; purchasing and procurement operations, controlling material cost, supplier quality and delivery performance; development of new products in accordance to specifications, cost, and time frame.

You are the star we are looking for, if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree from Technical University;
• At least 3 years’ related experience in managing production plant;
• At least 10 years’ experience in production field (international experience will be considered as an advantage);
• Experience in industrial production industry;
• Strong background in dynamic, complex production environments with focus on process information, material quality and full production cycle organization will be considered as an advantage;
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume;
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry;
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
• Experience working with ERP system;
• Fluent English and Latvian language skills;
• Technical and structured mindset with good communication;
• Ability to travel in business trips if needed.

Salary (gross): starting from 6500 euro, considering candidates' experience, knowledge and preferences.
