Project Manager of Data Exchange Hub Migration (Lithuania)

Our client, who operates one of the largest data exchange hubs in Lithuania, is looking for a driven and professional Project Manager of Data exchange HUB migration. The hub will be relocated to a new site in Vilnius, including all client equipment and connections. This is a key role in a visible project within a stable and trusted organization.

Your main responsibilities will be to lead the optical network infrastructure migration from the current location to the new site; to manage technical and organizational aspects in close cooperation with telecom partners and service providers. As well as coordinating documentation, network design changes, and execution across stakeholders, facilitate efficient communication with technical staff. You will also navigate a dynamic, sometimes disorganized environment, demonstrating strong ownership and strategic thinking.

You are the star we are looking for, if you have:

• Technical education in telecommunications, electronics or IT;
• At least 1 year of experience working with optical fiber networks;
• Experience in project management;
• Previous experience in data centre migration or critical infrastructure projects is an advantage;
• Ability to communicate fluently with engineering teams in technical terms;
• Ability to prioritize duties and work under time pressure;
• Comfortable working with network schematics and documentation;
• Lithuanian language at C1/C2 level, English language at B2 level;
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Strong personality with leadership qualities and resilience in complex situations;
• Ability to make decisions independently;
• Stress resilience and a solution-driven mindset.
