SENIOR IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

You will lend a hand in integrating the Baltic States into the European rail network and building a new economic corridor to bring long-term benefits to the Baltic region and its people. You will work with a cross-border team of more than 200 brightest minds in the industry.

We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join our growing team in a position of Senior IT System Administrator.

Job summary

The purpose of the position is to manage organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and availability. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex systems and services, including cloud, virtualization, and networking technologies. The Senior IT System Administrator also provides technical leadership, mentoring junior team members.

We will entrust you to

• Develop the company's On-premises and Cloud IT infrastructure in accordance with the latest IT trends and security requirements
• Manage and configure networks (LAN, firewalls, VPNs, RADIUS)
• Configure Office 365 environment and implement new solutions
• Ensure the monitoring of information systems and computer networks by preventing potential technical problems
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues. Serve as an escalation point for junior administrators and other IT colleagues

To succeed, you should have

• At least 5 years of work experience as IT System Administration or similar
• Experience with various Microsoft solutions, e.g., Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Office 365, Power Platform
• Experience in administration of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V
• Hands-on experience in developing backup policies and configuring backup solutions
